OK Humans, we’re not done with you just yet. OK Cryptos are coming to your screens. So get ready to stare and embrace this new technology.
Earlier this year, we reached out to Death By Toys to create a custom =w= toy related to every song on OK Human. We thought about selling them individually in our store, but liked them so much we wanted more than 12 people to enjoy them too. So we digitized them and now they’ll be sold on the blockchain. Oh, and we’re also giving away the 12 original, one of a kind physical toys golden-ticket style.
OK Crypto will be available on WAX starting on Wednesday, April 28th, at 10AM PT/1PM ET. The limited edition crypto collectibles (aka NFTs) will be released in sets of 10 (“standard”) or 25 (“mega”) and each pack contains different digital cards with different rarities. Hidden in 12 of the packs will be a golden ticket that is redeemable for one of the handmade toys that inspired the collection.
Why WAX?
We want to make our first experience on the blockchain fun and accessible to everyone. You’ll be able to purchase using your credit card and it won’t include any of the gas fees (aka service fees) you may have heard about.
